Options Log is a personal trading ledger. You sign in with Google and connect a Google Sheet that you own. The app reads and writes that Sheet so you can log activity, options trades, goals, and daily progress. Trading data stays in your spreadsheet. A small sign-in service stores only an encrypted Google refresh token in a cookie on this device so you can stay signed in.
When you sign in, Options Log asks Google for:
userinfo.email), so the app can show which account is signed in.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets), so the app can create tabs and read or write rows in the spreadsheet you connect. This includes activity times, trade details, goals, and quick-entry fills. The app does not request Gmail, Drive file listing, Calendar, or contacts. It only uses the Sheet ID or URL you paste in Settings.
Google user data is used only to run Options Log for you:
We do not sell your data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except Google, which provides Sign-In and the Sheets API you authorize.
Hai Yields does not keep a copy of your spreadsheet contents on our servers. Options Log talks to Google Sheets from your browser. The sign-in service sees Google OAuth tokens only long enough to encrypt them into the session cookie or to refresh an access token.
Options Log’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not transferred to other apps except as needed to provide the ledger features you request, is not used for serving ads, and is not sold.
The app uses local storage, an HttpOnly sign-in cookie, and an optional service worker cache as described above. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
You can sign out in Options Log Settings. That clears the token, email, session cookie, and local session stored on this device, and asks Google to revoke the refresh token. To revoke the app’s Google permission entirely, open your Google Account third-party access page, find Options Log (or the Cloud project name shown there), and remove access. You can also delete or disconnect the Sheet in Settings; that does not delete data already written to Google Sheets unless you delete it in Sheets yourself.
Options Log is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
